1-day Study & Practice Retreats in Montreal

If you are a teacher and/or experienced student with a love of study, you are most welcome to join us for 1, 2, or all 3 of these study and practice retreats for dedicated practitioners..

Here are the details:

Each day runs from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm and includes periods of asana practice, discussion, personal contemplation, and meditation.

Sept. 24, More Messages from the Field!
Our practices and discussions will be inspired by teachings from the Bhagavad Gita.  We will focus on Chapters 13, 14, 16, & 17 particularly their insights into “what is the Knower & what is the known?” the gunas or qualities of nature, the meaning of “virtue” and more.

Oct. 22, Knowledge is Food: A Path of RecognitionPt. 1.
Using the beautiful text of the Pratyabhijnahrdayam or Heart of the Doctrine of Recognition as our inspiration, we’ll be working with fundamental perspectives of the non-dual tradition of Kashmir Shaivism in order to nourish & hydrate our intellects!

Nov. 19, Knowledge Illuminates: A Path of Recognition, Pt. 2.  Here we deepen our exploration of the text of the Pratyabhijnahrdayam  and teachings and practices of non-dual Tantra.

Cost for each retreat day:  $160+tx.  Payable in advance.
