Asana and Meditation, a Deepening Journey

Welcome!  These Monday evening classes are interactive, and are taught online via ZOOM, with occasional in-person options in Montreal as well.

Each 90 minute class includes a short talk about the yogic vision of interconnectedness from a practical standpoint, an invocation in Sanskrit, about 60 minutes of asana (yoga postures), followed by guided meditation and deep relaxation (savasana).

Mondays, 6:00 – 7:30 PM

April 8 – May 13  (6-week session). HYBRID classes taught from Montreal: April 22 and May 13.

Fee:  $138, payable in advance via e-transfer

Drop-in: $25.00

All classes are recorded and are available for re-watching and/or downloading for 7-10 days following the date.

When attending online, have your props on hand (yoga mat, 2 blankets, strap, one or two blocks, etc.)

Please note:  While we don’t necessarily do complicated postures, and I am happy to offer variations for people with different needs, the class is designed for those with previous yoga experience and familiarity with fundamental postures and their options.  It is not appropriate for those new to the practice.
