These talks are an opportunity for intelligent reflection about esoteric and yet deeply relevant teachings for yoga teachers and experienced students who have some philosophy background.**
In the Red Carpet series, we move on from the more traditionally taught texts (e.g., Yoga Sutra, Bhagavad Gita), and venture into the realm of the non-dual traditions, especially Kashmir Shaivism.
Be introduced to teachings from:
The Vijnanabhairava Tantra
The Shiva Sutra
The Pratyabhijnahrdayam (Heart of the Doctrine of Recognition)
Each session includes a lecture, contemplation opportunities, plus a practice that integrates the teachings we have been focussing on.

**What “some background” means: Ideally you have completed Roots of Yoga, Parts 1 & 2. In fact, I highly recommend you start with those sessions, if possible!! If you haven’t done these online courses, but really really want to jump on to the Red Carpet ride, write me and we can chat about it.
