The practice of Anusara Yoga is a path of the unfolding of our understanding. It's also a glorious opportunity for self-expression. Knowing who you are, your practice can become a joyful articulation of your true essence.

The workshops and trainings I teach and organize are all meant as opportunities to deepen your appreciation, your skill, and your understanding of yoga.

Workshops and Trainings with Robin

The immersion will be offered in three 36-hour modules, as follows:
Part 1: Jan. 29-31 & Feb. 19-21 (Robin)
Part 2: May 7-9 & June 11-13 (Robin & Barrie)
Part 3: Sept. 17-19 & Oct. 15-17 (Barrie)
 
Schedule for all weekends will be: Fridays, 1-5 pm. Sat. & Sun., 9am-5:30 pm
 
Tuition and Fees:
$650 +gst & pst per module
$600 +gst & pst per module if paid by one month prior to the start of that module (Dec. 29-09/Feb. 10-10/August 17-10)
<$1700 +gst & pst for all 3 Parts if paid in full by Dec. 29, 2009
Other costs will include purchase of the books on the required reading list.* Payments plans available upon request.
 
Prerequisites for the Immersion:
At least 30 hours of classes and/or workshops with a licensed Anusara teacher.
 
Leading up to and during the Immersion, you will be expected to attend regular Anusara yoga classes (min. 1x per week). If you live in an area where there are no Anusara teachers, we will come to an agreement before the Immersion begins about other ways you can fulfill this requirement.
 
Registration:
To apply for the 2010 Immersion, please write to Robin or Barrie. We will send you a short registration form to complete. *Once we receive your completed registration form, with a $50 deposit, we will forward you the reading list and other information about the Immersion.

A Unique Investigation into the Tantric Vision for Experienced Students and Teachers 

The Tantric vision of intrinsic goodness is at the core of Anusara yoga.  It is the vibrant heart that magnetically draws so many of us to this path, and over time transforms us.  This weekend intensive is designed for committed Anusara yogis who are seeking to venture even deeper into the Heart of Goodness.

If you want to refine your understanding of what this philosophy is about, if you have ever considered how to make it more authentically your own, you are warmly invited to join us for this unique event.

The weekend will begin with an investigation of the vision of intrinsic goodness as a living and dynamic reality that constantly invites, as well as challenges, us to engage with it. We'll take time to clarify what we already know about the Tantric tradition and then pose some key questions to help propel us into an ever-more vibrant and honest relationship. 

Lecture, discussion, and contemplation will be balanced with asana practice, pranayama and meditation. 

Pre-requisites for attendance:  Completion of at least twoparts of an Anusara yoga Immersion Program, or equivalent study.
